"Refund was easy enough"
I ended up returning my order because it just wasn’t for me. I emailed support and, i was already getting a little impatient waiting, but they got back to me about a day later. The refund showed up a few days after that. I wish it had been faster, but it was straightforward and got handled fine in the end

"Really liking the flavor options"
I’ve tried a few immieats flavors now, and I think the variety is probably what keeps me coming back. Some days I’m in the mood for something spicy, and other days I just want something more simple, so it’s nice that they have both. Maybe I’m just easy to please, but none of them have felt boring or too similar so far. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"Done way quicker than I thought"
It was ready in like 5 minutes. I got home late and really didn’t feel like cooking, so this was pretty much perfect for a quick dinner.

I had to reach out to immieats with a question about my order, the wait was kind of annoying. They did eventually get back to me, and to be fair, the answer was helpful once I finally got it. But I was expecting a quicker response, especially for something simple. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just frustratingly slow.

I made this ramen after work when I was too tired to cook. You just boil some water, wait a few minutes, and it’s ready, so there’s barely any effort involved. Since there wasn’t much cleanup either, it worked really well for a lazy night.

I’ll give it credit for being filling and coming out quick, so that part was fine. But it didn’t really live up to what I was expecting. The way it was described made it sound like it would be way better, but there was this weird bitter aftertaste that just stuck around after every bite. It wasn’t terrible, but it definitely made me not want to order another bowl anytime soon. It’s okay overall, just not really what was promised

"Portions were honestly better than I expected"
I ordered from Immi sometime last week, or maybe the week before, I can’t remember exactly, and I wasn’t really sure if the bowls would actually be filling.
But one bowl ended up being plenty for lunch. I didn’t feel like I had to throw in extra chicken or veggies or anything just to make it a real meal.

Overall I was happy with it. Good portion size, super easy, and definitely something I’d order again.

"Actually fits my low-carb routine"
I’ve been trying to keep my carbs low and, honestly, let me restart that. I’ve been really trying to stick with low carb, and immi eats has made it way easier. The noodles don’t throw off my diet, but they still feel like I’m having an actual meal. I also like that they have vegan options. It’s been super convenient for quick lunches when I don’t feel like thinking too hard about what to make.

I was pleasantly surprised by this. It tastes good and the sodium level feels reasonable compared to a lot of others I’ve tried. It’s not perfect, but I don’t mind a small flaw here and there when the flavor is solid and it doesn’t taste overly salty.

I wasn’t really sure what to expect, but I actually really liked these. The noodles have a nice chewy bite and didn’t turn mushy like some other healthy ramen I’ve tried. I even let it sit for a few minutes and the texture still held up well. I’d definitely buy again, but if they ever change the noodles or make them softer, I’d probably stop buying.
